Our flagship course suitable for all levels of management, from the boardroom to team leaders. The ground-rule of any organisation is internal communication - from the top to the bottom! Sadly, we too often hide behind our role which is when communication within an organisation breaks down.
The course covers topics such as knowing how to connect with others to establish their trust, developing personal flexibility, managing conflict, listening and responding appropriately. Included is a practical ‘tool bag’ which will empower delegates to be themselves, remove their negative self-consciousness, and many of the other blocks which impede effective communication in meetings, presentations and sales.
